Biography

Victoria has worked in the public and private sector in the UK and her UK qualifications include being both a Chartered Geographer and an Incorporated Transport Planner.

She has worked on complex transport investment cases in both the UK and Aotearoa, and enjoys the way investment cases require both a rigorous process and a strong story.
